Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Coffee Products

Because coffee is a perishable food product, all coffee sales are final.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect coffee product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blackpots.com with your order number and photographs of the issue when applicable.

Requests will be reviewed individually, and Blackpots LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

Merchandise & Non-Coffee Items

Unused and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Original packaging must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
