Shipping timelines are estimates only. Blackpots is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery of the order to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

For Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, all coffee sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blackpots.com with your order details and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or refund.

Merchandise (Non-Coffee Items)
We accept returns on unused and unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition and packaging

• Items must not be used, worn, or damaged

• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
